The Chamblee restaurant construction project for KARV Kitchen transformed a 3,200-square-foot commercial space into a chef-inspired Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant. The build-out coordinated the commercial kitchen, dining areas, building systems, and architectural finishes required to bring the concept to life.

Restaurant construction requires close coordination between kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and ventilation systems, lighting, millwork, finishes, and health and life-safety requirements. Eco Custom Homes managed these elements while working closely with the design team and client to create a cohesive space designed around both restaurant operations and the guest experience.
