The Sandy Springs restaurant build-out for Taka Sushi transformed a 2,400-square-foot white-box commercial space into a chef-driven Japanese restaurant and sushi bar.

Starting with an unfinished shell, the project required detailed coordination of the commercial kitchen, sushi bar, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and ventilation systems, lighting, millwork, and architectural finishes. Each component was integrated to support the technical demands of restaurant operations while creating a refined and welcoming dining environment.

The finished space balances the functionality required of a working commercial kitchen with the craftsmanship and detail expected in a chef-driven restaurant.
