The Virginia-Highland home renovation transformed an older 3,800-square-foot residence in one of Atlanta’s most established intown neighborhoods into a more open, modern, and functional home.

Working with TaC Studios, the project reconfigured the interior layout, updated the architecture, and integrated modern building systems within the framework of the existing structure. The renovation opened previously compartmentalized rooms, improved circulation, and created stronger connections between the kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces.

Existing structural conditions, older building systems, neighborhood constraints, and the integration of new materials all required careful planning and coordination throughout construction. A new backyard pool and outdoor living area extended the renovation beyond the home itself and created a more complete indoor-outdoor environment.
