The Waterfall Club custom home is a 6,200-square-foot mountain residence overlooking Lake Burton in North Georgia. Designed by Garrett Daniel Architecture, the home takes a more traditional architectural approach while demonstrating the range of custom homes Eco Custom Homes builds throughout the region.

The site presented one of the project’s greatest challenges. More than 30 feet of elevation change occurs within the building footprint, effectively placing the home into the side of a mountain ridge. Foundation construction, structural coordination, site access, drainage, and material deliveries all required careful planning throughout the build.

Traditional stone, wood detailing, and mountain-inspired materials connect the residence to its North Georgia setting, while expansive outdoor living areas take advantage of long-range mountain and Lake Burton views.
