The Inman Park restaurant build-out for Victory Sandwich Bar transformed an existing 3,200-square-foot freestanding building into a distinctive neighborhood restaurant and bar near the Atlanta BeltLine.

The adaptive reuse project required careful coordination of the commercial kitchen, bar, mechanical systems, utilities, lighting, finishes, and customer spaces within the constraints of the original structure.

Existing-building restaurant projects require a different level of planning than white-box construction. Field conditions, structural limitations, utility locations, and existing systems must all be coordinated with the operational needs of the restaurant and the design intent.
