The Buckhead restaurant build-out for Koshu Club created a 4,000-square-foot Japanese-inspired supper club for Castellucci Hospitality Group in Atlanta. Located within a 13-story residential tower, the project required highly detailed construction and close coordination with the ownership and design teams.

Working with Smith Hanes Studio, Eco Custom Homes translated the design vision into a refined hospitality environment incorporating custom millwork, specialty lighting, architectural finishes, bar and dining areas, and a fully coordinated commercial kitchen.

Construction within an occupied mixed-use building required careful management of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and ventilation, fire protection, kitchen systems, deliveries, noise, access, and existing building infrastructure.

Koshu Club demonstrates Eco Custom Homes’ experience with Atlanta restaurant construction, complex tenant build-outs, and design-driven hospitality projects where craftsmanship, coordination, and attention to detail are critical to the finished space.
