The West Midtown restaurant construction project for Muchacho created Electric Hospitality’s second Muchacho location in Atlanta. Eco Custom Homes completed the restaurant build-out within a freestanding building while coordinating extensive site and infrastructure improvements.

The scope included grease traps, new water service, fire sprinkler infrastructure, stormwater retention, sidewalk replacement, and coordination with GDOT and the City of Atlanta. The project required careful sequencing between interior restaurant construction, utilities, site work, permitting, and public right-of-way requirements.

Working closely with BLUR Workshop, Eco Custom Homes coordinated the restaurant’s commercial kitchen systems, bar, architectural finishes, outdoor areas, and technical infrastructure to execute a highly design-driven hospitality environment.
