The Inman Park restaurant construction project for Mushi Ni transformed approximately 3,200 square feet within an existing historic building into a chef-driven restaurant and bar.

The adaptive reuse project required close coordination between new restaurant systems and the character and constraints of the original structure. Work included the commercial kitchen, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and ventilation, fire protection, specialty lighting, millwork, finishes, and existing building infrastructure.

Historic restaurant build-outs require careful field coordination as existing conditions are uncovered during construction. Eco Custom Homes worked closely with the client, design team, and trades to integrate modern restaurant systems while maintaining the character of the building.
