The Atlanta restaurant and bar build-out for Lloyd’s transformed an existing 4,000-square-foot commercial building in Inman Park into a full-service neighborhood restaurant, bar, and lounge for Victory Brands.

The adaptive reuse project required detailed coordination of the commercial kitchen, bar, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, lighting, millwork, and architectural finishes. Existing building conditions had to be integrated with new restaurant infrastructure while preserving the distinctive character of the space.

Full-service restaurant construction requires close coordination between operational systems and the customer experience. Kitchen equipment, ventilation, utilities, life-safety systems, bar infrastructure, and specialty finishes all had to function together within the existing building.
