The Sandy Springs restaurant renovation for Cibo e Beve involved a complete rebuild of an approximately 2,500-square-foot Italian restaurant and bar. Working from a detailed hospitality design by Atlanta-based ai3, Eco Custom Homes reconstructed the existing space to create a refined full-service restaurant environment.

The project required close coordination of the commercial kitchen, bar, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, lighting, millwork, and architectural finishes. Existing conditions and restaurant operations added another layer of complexity to the construction process.
